James is a principal at Cahill Financial Advisors, Inc., specializing in comprehensive financial planning, goal oriented investment management, and risk management.

Since 1993, his time as an advisor, tenure as a small business owner, and experience caring for an elderly parent have proven to be assets to his clients. He has been quoted in local news columns and recognized for excellent advice and service throughout his career.

James joined the Cahill team in 2009 after establishing his career in the broker-dealer environment. “Next to my decision to become a Financial Advisor, the move to Cahill has been the best decision of my career. I have advised under two different sets of standards, and the Fee-Only advice model is clearly more beneficial to the client. Outside of the office, James is an active runner, swimmer and cyclist. He is a father of two and a volunteer coach for his daughter and son’s soccer clubs.
